available instant states and delayed states/fees. Turnaround times are
approximate and subject to delays and changes out of our control.
Searches are available in all (50) states. Currently there are (45)
States that offer instant results. A signed release is required on all
Driving Records as stated in the
DPPA Agreement
The release must be faxed to our office for the
following States -
